    Hartmann Controls provides technical support via phone to all active dealers free of charge, our facilities are also available to our dealers for training, sales support or simply to review our products with end users.

    Our website provides full software updates as well as full technical documentation for all of our product lines.

Enterprise Level Dealer

    Enterprise Dealers are our elite dealers who maintain yearly training as well as maintain a minimum installation base ensuring their technicians are completely fluent with our product line. Enterprise level dealers are well connected to Hartmann with 24/7 support and the option to purchase all product lines directly at a very competitive rate.

Core Level Dealer

    Core dealers are dealers who purchase product direct or via distribution. They have access to EZ-ACC and PRO-ACC ENTERPRISE. A core dealer can contact Hartmann to be moved to enterprise level should they feel they would like to work on a direct basis and are prepared to commit to our full training. Core level dealers may be trained by Hartmann or grandfathered in due to past installation experience.
